Oral exams

At the Institute for Energy Process Engineering and Fuel Technology the following courses are examined using an oral exam:

  • Heat Transfer II,
  • High Temperature Processes,
  • Technical Thermodynamics II,
  • Thermal Processes in Power Plants.

Contact people for the courses can be found here.

Dates of the oral exams are determined by the IEVB and are published in the respective Stud.IP courses.

Steps of registration

  1. Register your exam at the examination office / via Studienportal (without specifying or giving an examination date).
  2. Enroll in one of the open examination groups in the respective Stud.IP course. Note that the specified data of the examination group is the examination date.

The Email must include your first and last name, your matriculation number, your degree desired, your course of study, the examination name (if possible also the examination number) and the examiner. Note that you have to write the Email to the examination office, not the IEVB.
